Programme Overview

Leading Self
and Others

4-day leadership development experience designed to help students discover their inner leadership potential and understand how to work meaningfully with others.

This module combines personal reflection with practical team-based challenges to build essential leadership skills—from self-awareness to collaboration, empathy, and influence.

Students will journey through self-discovery, explore their values, strengths, and beliefs, and then shift their focus outward to understand team dynamics, group behavior, and how to lead with impact in real-world contexts.

Gain deeper self-awareness of their leadership style, values, and purpose

This module is more than just a leadership program—it’s an invitation for students to explore who they are, how they show up in a group, and how they can lead with authenticity and purpose.

Journey of Module 1 - FLPC

Leading
with Impact

The second phase of the programme is a 4-day experiential learning module designed to push students beyond the classroom and into the heart of real-world leadership.

Through hands-on collaboration with partner organizations, students will engage directly with key stakeholders, understand complex challenges, and co-create practical solutions that contribute meaningfully to the organizations they serve.

This module is built on the belief that leadership is best learned through action — by stepping into ambiguity, listening deeply, and responding with purpose.

This module focuses on:

Understand the dynamics of leading change in real organizational settings
Develop skills in stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, an collaborative problem-solving.
Learn to work across diverse perspectives and adapt to ambiguity.
Strengthen their ability to influence, take initiative, and drive meaningful outcomes.
